Wayne Kealohi Powell has found great success as a healer worldwide for over 25 years, combining the shamanic arts of Hawaii and the Body Tune-Up Method which has its roots in Chinese Acupressure.

It is also known as Huna, which refers basically to the secret wisdom of the Hawaiian Kahuna (masters) Aloha is a way of being that is centred in the present moment—manawa, and unifying the three aspects of ones selves (Ku, Lono, and Kane) to create more harmony in ones circumstances, ie: more health, wealth and Love. Wayne will also be performing a brief demonstration of Lomi Lomi massage after first speaking about the mindset behind this remarkable “rite-of-passage” spiritual initiation called Lomi Lomi. The many meanings and forms that the Lomi Lomi takes will also be a topic of discussion. We will draw the name of the person who becomes the recipient of the Lomi Lomi deomstration from all those wishing to participate.

Wayne Kealohi Powell is the Founder and Senior Instructor of www.ShamanicBodywork.com an educational vehicle focusing on the freedom of the human soul. A writer, educator. Motivational speaker and minister, he is an Alaka’i of the Oder of Huna International www.huna.net ordained by Serge Kahili King in Kauai. Hawaii in 1997.

Wayne is also a Minister and Chaplain ordained by the four bishops of the Spirits Sancti Church in Sedona Arizona. His training with various kahuna and healing modalities is extensive and has become the formula for the success of his work. Hew believes in the power of the Human Spirit to recognise it’s own perfection and in so doing, transform it’s relationship to life into one of Unity-Lokahi, promoting Health, Joy and Peace.

Wayne has studied with Serge Kahili King since 1985 and has had the good fortune to experience Serge’s very first Advanced Huna Training in Hawaii with him and Susan Floyd in 1986. He worked in the Aloha Int office when he first moved to Kauai in 1988 and lived on Kauai for 9 years with his family.
