Application Procedure
Thank you for applying to the Foundation for your chosen course and we welcome your application.
One Day Workshops
To apply for a one day workshop, please download the PDF form below, complete it, and return it to the Foundation offices, together with your payment. You may use the following methods to pay:
- Full Amount:
- Cheque, payable to ‘The Isle of Avalon Foundation’
- Cash, in person at the Foundation office
- PayPal (administration charge applies)
Please do NOT send cash through the post.
Weekend Courses
To apply for one of our weekend courses, please download the PDF form below, complete it, and return it to the Foundation offices, together with your payment. To secure your place, please enclose either a deposit of £55 or the full amount of £110. You may use the following methods to pay:
- Deposit:

- Cash, in person at the Foundation office
- Full Amount:
- Cheque, payable to ‘The Isle of Avalon Foundation’
- Cash, in person at the Foundation office
- PayPal (administration charge applies)

Longer Courses
We like to ensure that all our students are studying the right course for them at the right time and, accordingly, our tutors reserve the right to review applications before accepting students onto them.
Please download the PDF form below, complete it, and return it to the Foundation office. As soon as we receive your application, it will be forwarded on to the appropriate tutor immediately. You will then receive a letter from the Foundation within two weeks letting you know whether or not you have been accepted.
Upon acceptance on a course, you will also receive another letter stating very clearly what your payment options are:
- Deposit:
- Cheque, payable to ‘The Isle of Avalon Foundation’
- Cash, in person at the Foundation office
- Instalments:
- Deposit by cash or cheque, as above
- The remainder in 1, 5 or 10 monthly payments
(to include £20 admin fee where appropriate)
- Full Amount:
- Cheque, payable to ‘The Isle of Avalon Foundation’
- Cash, in person at the Foundation office
- PayPal (administration charge applies)

If paying a deposit, you will be advised of when the balance is due (1 week before course start date).
Talks & Events
To apply for our Talks & Events, please download the PDF form below, complete it, and return it to the Foundation offices, together with your payment. You may use the following methods to pay:
